MyHappyMind
As a school, we do our very best to promote positive mental health and wellbeing and recognise the importance of doing so. Since we have introduced the myHappymind program across the school, we have seen a noticeable difference in our pupils understanding the science of how their brain works, when they feel overwhelmed and how to live a happy life. myHappymind has taught our pupils breathing strategies to help them regulate their emotions. We have also seen an increase in pupil’s self-esteem and self-worth since using this program.
